About the Course
An online 6 year Program, Affiliated with Wifaq ul Madaris designed to introduce women to the classical methodology of Islamic knowledge and scholarship through a modern educational approach. The philosophy of the course is distinct in its embrace of the entire academic tradition of the Ahl-al Sunnah wal-Jama’a with respect for all scholars of Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, and Usul al-fiqh. Moreover, the program highlights the importance of spiritual purification (tazkiya) and inner reform (islah). At Zaynab Academy Online, the seat of learning is the heart that should get moist with taqwa, tazkiyah and tarbiyyah. These can only be obtained through live interaction and company of the senior scholars and Shuyukh of our Ummah. As the course progresses, we will continually encourage students to develop their spirituality while identifying opportunities for them to do so. *Dedicated students will be able to give papers of Wifaq ul Madaris Aalima Degree.
Admission Process
1.Interested Candidates will be required to fill a registration form.
2.Upon submission of the registration form, participants will be required to join a designated WhatsApp group. Important information, and additional details, will exclusively be communicated there.
3. It is noteworthy that while the entire program is conducted online. Admin approval will be required to appear in Wifaq exams based on attendance in live classes/recordings, monthly circles and midterm results.
Please note:The Morning batch may shift to the Evening slot after two years (after completion of First and Second Year).
Course Structure

Days: Monday to Friday
Time: We are planning to offer two slots of UCIL. If sufficient registrations are received for both slots, then both batches will be offered. Otherwise, only the slot with the most registrations will be offered.
Morning: 10 am – 1 pm Islamabad | Midnight – 3 am New York | 5 am – 8 am London | 7 am – 10 am Johannesburg | 9am – 12 Noon Dubai
Evening: 4 pm – 7 pm Islamabad | 6 am – 9 pm New York | 11 am – 2pm London | 1 pm – 4 pm Johannesburg | 3 pm – 6 pm Dubai

Prerequisites
For Ages: 18 years and above
1. Arabic Grammar Course (certificate from any recognized institute) is mandatory for admission. (If you do not have this certificate, you may join the ZA Pre-UCIL which will be offered in August 2026)
2. Ability to converse, read and write in Urdu.
3. Ability to read and comprehend simple English as administrative policies and instructions will be communicated in simple English Language.
Requirements for Enrollment
A good internet connection, a pair of headphones and Basic technical skills to operate Zoom app, Whatsapp & Google Classroom.
Instruments for Assessment: Students will be assessed through quizzes, assignments, termly exams and an annual exam for each course/subject.
Attendance Requirement
Students are required to maintain an attendance of at least 90% in each course they are taking in a term. To be marked present, A student must attend class live or listen to the recording of the class within 2 weeks of class.
Weekly Time Commitment: 18 hours/week in class. Students are also required to spend up to 10 hours/week in self-study, other than investing time in-class.
Monthly Onsite circles: It will be held in Karachi and Lahore. Attendance will be mandatory for students residing in these cities.

Answer: A registration fee will apply and the students will have to purchase their own books or make use of e-books.

4: Can I take this course if I live outside Pakistan?
Answer: Yes. timings may seem a bit odd to you if you live outside Pakistan since all schedules are made according to Pakistan Standard Time.
5: I want to study an Islamic course to gain knowledge about our Deen but I am not sure if I would be able to commit myself for entire 6 years. Can I enroll for one year initially?
Answer: Yes. First step matters a lot. You can enroll and see if you can manage and wish to take your studies with us forward. 6 years is recommended and we are here to assist you. Otherwise, you can always consider coming back and join us where you left.

6: What if I’m not fluent in Urdu?
Answer: Being able to comprehend and communicate & writing in Urdu is required for this course. However, if you face difficulty in understanding and writing Urdu, we would recommend our English Classical Islamic Learning Program. *Subject to discretion and decision of the Academic Department.
